My Approach |
I have a warm, interactive approach and hope to gain an understanding of your perspective through engagement and by asking in-depth questions. I was trained in the psychodynamic process but through experience I incorporate self-psychology, the cognitive-behavior approach and hypnotherapy in order to come up with an individualized plan for each client. I try to create a safe, inviting space for you to grow and talk about your concerns.
We may also find through our work together that adjunct methods such as exercise, diet, spirituality, meditation and visualization techniques may also improve your quality of life. If so, we will work as a team to incorporate these to meet your specific needs and progress to your goals. |
