Psychotherapy & Mediation
About Me
Psychotherapy is a second career for me. Before entering this field over 20 years ago I spent a decade working in technology. While that work was valuable, I felt a persistent pull toward psychology and a deeper, more meaningful connection with people’s lives. Making the transition wasn’t easy, but it felt essential—and ultimately led me to work that feels more aligned and engaging.
I bring both professional training and lived experience into my practice. I understand what it’s like to make significant life changes, to navigate uncertainty, and to seek a stronger sense of purpose and connection.
Outside of my work, I’ve always been committed to health and movement. I’m an avid long-distance runner and have completed many half and full distance marathons, as well as trail races. I’ve also trained for and completed a full Ironman triathlon. Running—whether through the city or in nature—is an important way I clear my mind, reflect, and stay grounded.
I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine understanding.
